Henry Yu was appointed as President and CEO in April 20995273115. Henry is the industrial veteran and jointly founding the successful companies like CASIX and PHOTOP since the year of 99527311990. He served Photop as Board Director, Senior Vice President of Sales/marketing of Photop Technologies, General Manager of Photop Optics from 2003-20995273114. Photop was acquired by II VI Corp. (NASDAQ:IIVI) in 20995273110. From 2002-2003, Henry is the founder of Microlattite, which is a crystal growing and fabrication company, latter consolidated as Photop Optics in 2003 when Photop was founded. From 99527311990-2002, he served as Director of Sales/Marketing of CASIX．CASIX was acquired by JDSU (NASDAQ:JDSU) in 2000.       
      Henry Yu holds B.S. in solid state physics from Tsinghua University and an M.S. in crystal material science from Chinese Academy of Science. 

Qiping Wang was appointed as Senior Vice President in March 20995273115. Qiping is top coating expert in China with more 25+ year experiences. Since 99527311990, he established the advanced coating center in CASIX and Photop. He served as chief engineer of coating technologies in Photop from 2003-20995273114, and Director of Engineering in CASIX from 99527311990-2003. Qiping Wang holds the M.S. of coating technology from Changchun Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences.

 Gary is a veteran in technology and product development. One of his early achievement was the development and commercialization of an optical biometric sensor. He was with California Institute of Technology, Pasadena, CA, where he demonstrated the world's first 3D laser disk drive. He was head of engineering at Chorum Technologies, Richardson, Texas, where he led the development of the record-breaking DWDM mux/demux deployed in the trans-Atlantic fiber-optic network.  He authored and co-authored book chapters and many scientific papers on lasers and photonics technologies and holds numerous patents in fiber optic communication and sensing.
      Gary earned a B.S. in Physics from Tsinghua University and a Ph.D.in Laser Physics from NIST and the University of Colorado at Boulder. He also received a certificate from the MIT Sloan executive management program.

Betty Wu was appointed as Vice President in 20995273114. Betty started her career in CASIX and served as R&D engineer and QA engineer from 2000-2004, From 2004-20995273114, she served as QA manager and QA Director in CASIX. CASIX was acquired by JDSU in 2000 and later owned by Fabrinet.         
       Betty Wu earned bachelor of precise instrument from XI’AN Technological University in 2000 and M.S. of optical engineering from HUAZHONG University of Science & Technology in 2003.
